MY STYLE Realistic advice I am experienced in divorce and separation work and have the knowledge to explain the relevant law and how it is likely to affect your case. I will give you advice that is designed to obtain the best possible outcome for you. If I think that you are being too ambitious in what you are trying to achieve, I will tell you. If I think you are settling for too little, I will tell you that as well. However, the final decision on how your case is run is always yours. Managing the stress I am aware of the stress which separation causes and I will do my best to resolve matters quickly and efficiently in your best interests without increasing this stress. I am a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association) and I work in accordance with Resolution's Code of Practice.
Appointments after office hours I realise that it is not always possible or convenient to have a meeting in office hours, so I am happy to arrange appointments in the evening. Get straight through on the telephone When you call the office, it will normally be me who picks up the phone. If I am not available, there will either be somebody who can take a message or you can leave a voice message. I will get back to you as soon as I can. | ![]() Exeter Cathedral from the University ![]() Custom House, Exeter |
