I can act for you in your divorce, providing essential advice as the matter proceeds, including on children or financial matters. I represent you throughout, protecting your best interests in correspondence and, if there is a children or financial application, in court.
Alternatively I can advise you from time to time as you feel the need. Under this ‘background advice’ arrangement, you conduct your own case but consult me when you need advice, for example on a financial settlement proposal that you have received or are contemplating making.
You can switch between the two types of arrangement at any time, as it suits you.
“Thank you for what you did. The service you provided me with was exactly what I needed at a very difficult time in my life and I would be sure to recommend you to a friend.” Mrs S. L.
