Alternatively I can advise you from time to time as you feel the need. Under this ‘background advice’ arrangement, you conduct your own case but consult me when you need advice, for example on a financial settlement proposal that you have received or are contemplating making.
You can switch between the two types of arrangement at any time, as it suits you.
